The new Mustang GTD supercar is a street-legal race car with a supercharged V8 that's even more powerful than the outgoing Shelby GT500.

The 2025 Mustang GTD is an all-new supercar that brings racetrack performance to public roads, making it the highest-performing car to ever bear the Mustang name.
Based on the Mustang GT3 race car, the Mustang GTD uses a completely different architecture and features a supercharged V8 engine, rear transaxle transmission, and advanced suspension setup.
