Gearheads have been spoiled for choice in recent years, as Netflix have offered us a great range of motoring shows to keep us occupied. Shows like Formula 1: Drive To Survive and Car Masters: Rust To Riches have kept us all enthralled over the years, with the later set to now enter its fifth season.

Netflix are clearly keeping the details of season 5 under wraps, but that doesn't stop us from speculating about what the Gotham Garage crew have been up to in the new episodes. Here's everything we know so far!

Information has been sourced from websites such as Netflix and Gotham Garage to bring you these details on season 5 of Car Masters: Rust To Riches.

What Can We Expect From Season 5?

The one thing we can hopefully be sure of, is the return of this awesome Kenilworth. Mark Towle, star of Car Masters: Rust To Riches and Gotham Garage head honcho, purchased the Kenilworth as it reminds him of the model his dad used to own back when he was young.

The truck, which hails from 1957, is incredibly rare, and such a model has been evading Mark for many years now.

The plan is to give it the full Gotham Garage treatment, including a wild paint job, and bring those gorgeous chrome details back up to scratch. Mark has ensured the team that the truck will be going up for sale once completed, but will he be able to part with it one completed?

Quite controversially, the Gotham Garage team decided to build a custom one-off supercar (and accompanying bike, built around a Suzuki Hayabusa), based upon a Corvette C4. This duo struggled to bring in a serious pay day for the team, until Nick was able to broker a deal in season 4.

Will we see more total custom cars like this in the new episodes, or will Mark and his team still to modifying existing classics and muscle cars? They're not the only garage on TV trying to make a living from customizing muscle cars, for example Full Custom Garage regularly make some awesome creations. So it's no surprise that the Gotham Garage crew tried to push the boat out a little, and create something of their very own.

Who Will Feature In The New Season Of Car Masters?

Fans of the show will be pleased to see a plethora of familiar faces, including Constance Nunes, Shawn Pilot and the notoriously hilarious 'Caveman'. Constance Nunes has been working on her beloved Ford Mustang behind the scenes; potentially season 5 will show us some previously unseen footage of the 'babystang' build?

Another thing we can be sure of, is that Shawn and Mark will have lined up more rich car enthusiasts who are looking for something unique, and custom-built. To help them get the cars built quicker, and to a higher standard, a duo of proven fabricators named Brian and James have been brought on board.

The quality of some builds has been seen to be quite poor in the past seasons, so hopefully these new additions will help see a dramatic improvement in overall quality.
